Sustainable travel is any form of transport that keeps damage to our environment to a minimum, and normally it has the added advantage of being a healthier alternative for the user. This includes walking, cycling, public transport and car sharing.
The recommended daily amount of physical activity for adults is 30 minutes or more on five or more days of the week.
